Bereavement Services
Bereavement Services are part of the roster of hospice care that we can arrange for the surviving family members. When a loved one passes away, no one can definitely foresee the circumstances that will arise. Such circumstances may include lifestyle changes, emotional difficulties and financial adjustments.
However, when you have support from our hospice staff of medical social workers and counselors, coping with a loved one’s death can become less difficult. Texas Best Hospice will provide bereavement support for at least one year after the patient’s passing. Referrals for group or family therapy may also be provided on a case to case basis.
