These services can be tailored to meet the needs of each individual. We know how difficult this time can be in your health and the stresses that your family goes through with each day you battle a life-limiting illness. Texas Best Hospice will work with hospice physicians in conjunction with the your primary physician and IDT team – such will ensure that all the levels of care that you require are fully addressed and met.
Admission Criteria
- The individual has been diagnosed with terminal illness.
- The individual has a life expectancy of 6 months of less if disease runs in a normal course.
